1. Provider, Scope, Contract Language

The provider of the “ChangePath” app is Bonanso Change Collective GmbH, Lohmühlenstraße 65, 12435 Berlin, Germany.

These Terms explain how you may use the ChangePath app and the related services.

The mobile app is available through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to these

Terms and Conditions and assume no warranty, support, or liability obligations with respect to the app. Any claims relating to the app must be directed exclusively to ChangePath.

The contract language is German. In case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.

The withdrawal policy is available at https://www.changepath.ai/widerrufsbelehrung.

The privacy policy is available at https://www.changepath.ai/datenschutz.

2. Services and Product Lines

ChangePath provides self-reflection exercises and generates AI-supported career recommendations. Further service descriptions can be found on the details page for each service.

No guarantee is given for placement, success, income, or a specific job.

The features provided may vary. Content may be rolled out gradually. Beta features are clearly labeled.

You have access to the content while your account is active.

3. Registration, Age, Account Security and Login Attribution

You need a user account to use the app.

You may use the app from the age of 16.

You must keep your login credentials confidential and keep your information up to date.

Actions under a valid login are generally attributed to you unless you prove absence of fault and adequate safeguards.

4. Conclusion of Contract, Checkout and Digital Content

A contract is formed when you click the “Order with obligation to pay” button and you receive the order confirmation.

Before completing the order you confirm the Terms and the withdrawal policy.

You can view the withdrawal policy at any time at https://www.changepath.ai/widerrufsbelehrung.

You may expressly request that ChangePath begins providing the digital content before the withdrawal period expires.

In this case you confirm that your right of withdrawal expires once performance begins.

If the service begins at your express request before the withdrawal period ends, you must pay compensation for the value of services already provided if you withdraw.

5. Prices, Payment and Payment Service Provider

All prices are final in euros and include statutory VAT.

The prices shown to you at checkout apply.

Payment processing is handled by the following payment service providers: (a) Web app: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland). (b) Mobile app (iOS): Apple Inc. via Apple In-App Purchase. (c) Mobile app (Android): Google LLC via Google Play Billing. Subscription management for mobile purchases is handled by RevenueCat, Inc., acting as a data processor for ChangePath.

Prices may vary between the web app and the mobile app.

ChangePath does not provide payment services within the meaning of German financial regulation.

The accepted payment methods are shown to you at checkout.

Invoices are provided to you electronically.

For purchases and refunds via the mobile app, the terms of service and refund policies of the respective app store (Apple Media

Services or Google Play) also apply. The payment relationship for the transaction is between you and Apple or Google. ChangePath cannot process refunds for in-app purchases itself.

6. Term, Termination and Renewal

ChangePath can be booked as a fixed-term contract (one year) or as a monthly subscription.

If you subscribe via the mobile app, the management (cancellation, renewal) is governed by the procedures of the respective app store.

Cancellation must be done through Apple's or Google's subscription management. Canceling the subscription within the ChangePath app alone will not terminate it.

7. License and Content

You receive a simple, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the app for private purposes.

You receive simple rights of use in AI-generated content for private purposes only.

No exclusivity is granted.

Commercial use, publication, or distribution beyond private purposes is not permitted.

You must not infringe third-party rights and you must not upload unlawful content.

ChangePath may use your feedback and suggestions to improve the service.

8. AI Transparency and Responsibility

Content and recommendations may be generated fully or partly by automated systems.

Results may contain errors and results do not constitute career, legal, tax, financial, or therapy advice.

You make your decisions on your own responsibility.

9. Availability, Maintenance and Best-Effort

ChangePath aims for high availability of the app.

There is no entitlement to uninterrupted use at all times.

Maintenance and necessary security or feature updates may temporarily restrict access.

ChangePath will inform you in good time where this is reasonable.

10. Liability

ChangePath is liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health.

In cases of slight negligence ChangePath is liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties.

Essential duties include access to the platform, appropriate security measures, proper billing, and protection against unauthorized access.

In these cases liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract at the time the contract was concluded.

Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

ChangePath provides guarantees only if expressly stated.

11. Misuse, Third-Party Content and Sanctions

Scraping, automated extraction, reverse engineering, circumvention of security features, and any unlawful use are prohibited.

ChangePath may remove unlawful or rights-infringing content and may suspend accounts.

The respective provider is solely responsible for linked third-party offerings.

ChangePath is not liable for the content or availability of linked offerings.

12. Changes to the Terms and Service Adjustments

ChangePath may adapt these Terms for good cause.

Material changes that adversely affect the main performance or the price-performance ratio will only be made with your express consent.

ChangePath will announce non-material changes six weeks before they take effect in text form.

In this case you have a right to object.

If you object in due time, use may be terminated.

Features may vary or be rolled out in stages.

Beta features are labeled and may be adjusted or discontinued.

13. Privacy

The ChangePath privacy notice at https://www.changepath.ai/datenschutz applies.

Payment service providers (Stripe, Apple, Google) process personal data under their own responsibility, insofar as this is necessary for payment processing. Further details on all service providers used can be found in the privacy policy at https://www.changepath.ai/datenschutz.

14. Final Provisions

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions at your place of habitual residence remain unaffected.

If any provision is invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.

The statutory rule replaces the invalid provision.

Amendments and supplements require text form.

Withdrawal Policy pursuant to Annex 1 to Art. 246a Sec. 1 Para. 2 Sentence 2 EGBGB

You can access the full withdrawal policy at any time at https://www.changepath.ai/widerrufsbelehrung.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform ChangePath (Bonanso Change Collective GmbH, Lohmühlenstraße 65, 12435 Berlin, Germany, Phone +49 15127001257, Email annsophie@changepath.ai) by means of a clear statement of your decision.

You may use the model withdrawal form. The use of this form is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline it is sufficient for you to send the notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

If ChangePath enables electronic submission you may submit the withdrawal online at https://www.changepath.ai/widerrufsbelehrung.

ChangePath will confirm receipt of an electronic withdrawal without delay by email.

If you withdraw from the contract ChangePath will reimburse all payments received from you including any delivery costs without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days after receipt of your notice of withdrawal.

For the refund ChangePath will use the same means of payment that you used unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period you must pay ChangePath an appropriate amount corresponding to the services provided up to the withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if ChangePath began performance with your express consent before the end of the withdrawal period and you acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
